Niki Manou-Andreadis graduated from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki with a double degree in Civil and Architect Engineering. Moreover, she holds a PhD and she held a position as an assistant professor in the department of Architectural Design and Technology of the Polytechnic School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.

In 1984, Niki has founded ARTECO S.A., a company which had obtained numerous merits in architectural design competitions and had been distinguished among others thanks to its high quality architectural and construction projects.

Since 2006, Niki Manou-Andreadis as the director of NIMAND Architects S.A. has managed to continue the successful and meritorious career with many publications in Greece and abroad.

Niki’s projects are very well known for their uniqueness, the distinctive aesthetic standards and the highest levels of functionality. Hospitality buildings and complexes are the projects that have promoted Niki’s reputation the most in Greece and worldwide. These projects have been carefully studied throughout their construction and design stage, including the interior design and the exterior landscape design.

During her career, Niki has worked in various project categories such as public residential buildings, multi residential complexes, commercial and office buildings, shopping centers, refurbishment of listed dwellings, community centers and urban landscape design (parks, squares, yacht marina).

Niki always sets as priority into her project’s, the environmental and energy friendly approach of the design. Apart from that, she pays high attention in the selection of the construction materials that will be used in a project, trying to promote the use of local resources and of course to integrate gently the design into the existing landscape.

Konstantina is an Architect Engineer. She has completed her diploma in Architectural Engineering in 2014, at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. In 2015, she completed the Master Degree at Domus Academy, in Milan, in the field of Interior and Living Design, while working in Paolo Giachi’s Studio on retail projects from mono-brand specialty boutiques to multi-brand stores and luxury residences. At the end of 2017, she joined Nimand Architects team, where she contributes in both interior design and architecture.

Ourania graduated from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, as an Architect Engineer in 2010. Following her MArch degree has decided to specialize in the Environmental Design of Building by studying in Welsh School of Architecture (University of Cardiff) from where she obtained her MSc degree with merit. Ourania is a fully qualified and RIBA Chartered Architect with more than 9 years working experience in the U.K. and in Greece, with a specialisation in Environmental Design. In 2017 she joined Nimand Architects team, where she contributes in both architecture and construction.

Ioanna is a design graduate with an Associate degree in Computer-Aided Drafting and Design from ASU-Beebe. Relevant professional experience gained during a four-year collaboration with the Ar Group_Arteco. Acquired valuable insights working with several other technical offices in Thessaloniki for the three years followed. Finally, joined the Nimand Architects team in 2007. Thereafter, considerable experience in architectural studies and construction has been obtained. Able to balance multiple competing priorities, completed the Coursera courses “The Age of Sustainable Development” & “Energy, the Environment, and Our Future”. Currently enrolled for a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree, at UoPeople.

Sophia completed a BA Honors Degree in Architecture at the Leicester School of Architecture in 2000, followed by a Postgraduate Diploma in Architecture at the University of Westminster in 2002. Since 2003 she belongs to the office’s team.

Sophia has a great experience in multiple project types including hotels and resorts, restaurants and bars as well as private residential.As a Senior Architect, she plays a central role in the design process and manages projects from initial design to completion of construction. Her love for architectural design and her passion for decorating, her constant drive for the research of new materials and inspired aesthetics remain dedicated to the needs and desires of each individual client and scheme.

Kiki studied architecture at the University of Thessaloniki and specialized in Environmental Design and Engineering at the Bartlett, U.C.L. Since 2007 she has been in charge of architectural design and environmental analysis projects collaborating with municipalities, environmental consultancies, architecture and construction companies in northern Greece. She gained experience in residential, administrative and hospitality sectors, in energy efficiency retrofitting and the design of public spaces. Besides her work as an architect, Kiki has given lectures on bioclimatic architecture and has led sustainable urban design workshops. She joined Nimand Architects in 2015 working on the design and construction department. Since 2018 she leads the interior design team.

Antonia graduated in 2014 from University of Patras, where she completed her diploma in Architectural Engineering. Following her interest in digital architecture and parametric design, she completed a Master’s Degree in Advanced Design at the Aristotle University. During her undergraduate studies, she participated as an intern in various architectural firms in Patras, participating in multiple residential projects and competitions. After a short period of a freelancing practice she joined Nimand Architects in 2017, working on the architectural and interior design department.

Despoina studied Business Administration at the department
of Accounting of the Technical School EUKLIDES in Thessaloniki. Following her High School graduation, Despoina studied Business Management at the department of Economics and Management of the Technological Institute of Serres.

She began her career in 1989. Since 2007, she is with the NIMAND ARCHITECTS team, working at the department of Accounting and Finance

Yannis trained as an architect at the Leeds Beckett University, U.K. and the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He joined Nimand Architects’ design and construction department in 2016 with 17 years of professional experience in projects of varying context and scale. He has worked both as a freelancer and with several design and construction firms in Thessaloniki and northern Greece. He gained experience in the design of cultural and leisure interiors, public spaces and administrative, residential, retail, public health and hospitality buildings, while collaborating with municipalities, environmental consultancies and NGOs. His work draws upon BIM level design, technical detailing, new construction technologies, research on materials and sustainability.

Attended technical high school of Stavroupoli in the department of Structural Project Designers (1994). After finishing high school, Politimi worked as a designer with the Ar Group – Arteco 1994-2007. Since 2007, have been working with the Nimand Architects team, in the design department. Therefore, a great experience in architectural studies and construction sites has been obtained.

Arxontia got her Diploma and Master of Architecture from University of Thessaly in 2016. Prior to joining Nimand Architects in 2017, she worked with offices in Athens and Ljubljana, among them DECA Architecture, ANTONAS Office and OFIS ARHITEKTI. She got involved in small and medium scale constructions, as well as interior and exhibition design projects. As a member of a group, her work got published in prestigious architectural magazines worldwide.

Panos studied architecture at the University of Thessaloniki and holds a Master degree in Design for Sustainable Development from Chalmers University of Technology, Sweden. He has a keen interest in sustainable architecture. Since 2011, he has collaborated with the public research sector in the development of public spaces in municipal projects. He joined Nimand Architects in 2014 working on the design and construction department. He has gained extensive experience in hospitality projects, in all design phases. Furthermore, he has been construction site architect on behalf of Nimand and has developed a strong technical background.

Anna graduated from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki as a  Civil Engineer in 1999.In 2011 she took her master’s degree in Environmental Design of Buildings and Cities from the Hellenic Open University. In 2019 she started studying Architecture at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
In 1999 Anna started working at the Construction Company “K.N DIMOKAS S.A”, where she worked on architectural and structural designs along with on-site supervision, until 2003 when she started working as a freelancer civil engineer and co-owner of the technical office “ARTEK”, where she mainly worked on the design and construction of store and house renovations.In 2013, Anna joined the independent studio of NIMAND ARCHITECTS, working on the departments of architectural design, construction and supervision. She is an Energy Inspector of Greek Ministry of Environment and Energy.

Anthi graduated from the University of Patras in 2014, where she completed her diploma in Architectural Engineering. Between 2015 and 2019, she worked in technical and architectural offices in Patras and Thessaloniki, where she was in charge of renovations in the field of interior design, construction and supervision of numerous projects, while working as a freelance architect. In 2017, she completed the Master’s of Design in Environmental Architectural Design at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, driven by her interest in this domain. Since 2019, she has joined the team of Nimand Architects.

Efharis studied at the University of Ioannina and graduated from the Department of Fine Arts and Sciences of Art. She is an active freelance artist, director and photographer managing a wide range of art – design – construction projects. In 2011, she joined NIMAND ARCHITECTS, taking on several art direction – production projects for the hotels of Sani and Ikos Resorts. Efharis has been an educational partner of the Museum of Modern Art of Thessaloniki. She has participated in various group exhibitions and directed theater plays and music videos, ”Black Swamp Village”, ”Bright Lights Late Nights”, etc.

Maria studied at the University of Luton in the UK, where she gained a BSc (Hons) degree in Architecture and further pursued her studies at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, where she graduated as a qualified Architect Engineer. In 2013 she took her MSc degree in Sustainable Development-Sustainable Tourism from the International Hellenic University. She has contributed as a co-author in several scientific publications in peer-reviewed international Journals and Conferences. 

Maria began her career in 2000 with AR GROUP – ARTECO. For the last 12 years she is with the NIMAND ARCHITECTS team, working at the department of design, construction, management and project application.

Apostolos studied architecture at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, where he received his diploma in 2014. He holds a Master’s degree in lighting design from Hellenic Open University. He joined Nimand Architects in 2014. As a senior architect he is experienced in a wide array of architectural projects ranging from hotels and residential spaces, to restaurants, bars and retail stores.

He’s interested in designing interior and exterior spaces that result from inspiration and creativity. Apostolos applies his expertise and novel lighting ideas into every architectural project that takes over.

Fotis is an Architect, and an Artist graduated from the Department of Architecture, of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He is Adjunct Lecturer at the School of Architecture in the University of Ioannina teaching architectural design and visual arts. He was one of the young artists that received the 1st Stavros Niarchos Foundation Artist Fellowship, 2018-19. In 2012, he received a Fulbright Foundation grant for independent research at the School of Visual Arts in New York. His work has been presented in many art and architecture exhibitions in Greece and abroad. He joined the design department of Nimand Architects in 2017.

Vasileios is an architect. He has completed his Master’s in Advanced Architectural design in 2017, in the University of Strathclyde. His thesis was based on urban design principles while taking into consideration social factors that shape societies. He has worked in a variety of practices both in Greece and the Uk. During this period he has engaged with both large scale and small scale projects varying from house extensions to University buildings and the regeneration of Glasgow’s Graving Docks. Since 2020 he has joined the Nimand team.

He graduated from the Department of Architecture, of the Politecnico di Torino, in 2015. He joined the Nimand Architects team in 2016, working in various design projects in the field of architectural, interior design and project supervision.

Eleni studied at the Department of Accounting and Administrative Support of IESE and at the department of Computer Programming and IT Applications of the Technological Institute of Thessaloniki (TIT).

Eleni started working in 1980 and joined the AR GROUP – ARTECO in 1988. Since 2007, Eleni is with the NIMAND ARCHITECTS team, working in the IT and Administration Support department.

She has a degree in technological engineering from the Department of Civil Infrastructure Engineering of the Alexander Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki. She began working in 2001. Since 2008 she has been collaborating with the team extrude architects taking part in various projects and competitions. In 2014 she started working at Nimand Architects in the field of design, construction and project supervision.

Anna has a degree in Architecture from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, where she graduated in 2006. In 2004 she started working at the technical office of T. Papadopoulos before joining the Ar Group-Arteco architects in 2004. In 2007, she joined the Nimand Architects team, working in the fields of architectural design, and project construction and supervision.

Michalis graduated from the School of Architecture of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in 2010, joined the Technical Chamber of Greece in 2011 and has been an active freelance architect engineer managing a wide range of design – construction projects since then. During 2012 – 2013, he enriched his knowledge and expertise in protection, conservation and restoration of historical monuments at AUTH Interdisciplinary Postgraduate Programmes. In 2014, Michalis joined the independent studio of NIMAND ARCHITECTS, taking part in designing and supervising the construction – renovation of several hotel development projects till this day.
